[Custom #2] (a digital melodrama)

Customize your piece! Follow the instructions and get your own version! [Custom #2] is a DIY (Do It Yourself) piece. It is written for any combination of instruments/performers, who personalize the piece in sonorous and visual terms. The writing allows almost infinite instrumental solutions, working through a system of 16 different noteheads, which have to be translated into sound by following several instructions given in the score. A big part of the visual material comes from the performers’ digital footprint and is created by themselves via the recording of several photos and videos.
